In order to collaborate on the development of the Integrated Utility Network Facility (SJUT) in DKI Jakarta, specifically in the South Jakarta area, ABS Professional team was appointed by PT Modular Inti Konstrindo (PT MIKO Indonesia) as a consultant in the Beauty Contest process. With the support and assistance of ABS, PT Miko Indonesia successfully became the Investment Partner selected by JIP for the South Jakarta SJUT area and was announced as the winner on October 24, 2022. Not only did PT ABS oversee the Beauty Contest process until it became the winner, but PT MIKO Indonesia also entrusted them with the further responsibility of overseeing the Planning, Construction, Management, and Sales in the SJUT DKI Jakarta area, specifically South Jakarta.
